Lil Smush can’t get enough of these pinwheels, and they are great snacks to meal prep for a busy week. I also love that I can stash some protein and hidden veggies for my growing girl! Once you try these, you can’t eat crescent rolls any other way!
Roll out crescent rolls into four sections and thinly layer ingredients (ham, cheese, spinach/broccolini). Roll up the layered sections and cut them into 1-inch pieces. Place the pinwheels in a parchment-lined pan, spray with olive oil, and sprinkle with seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder). Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 13 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
